The Constitution, as amended by the Courts, is a Fraud Harry Reid’s Senate passed the Obama Healthcare Bill. The plan was to send it to the House, let them incorporate it in their bill at which time it would go back to the Senate to vote for before it got to the Prez for signature. Ted Kennedy died before it got to the House. Teddy Kennedy died and Republican Brown replaced him. The Democratic Senate was no longer filibuster proof. Any Senator could stop the bill from passing. Pelosi’s House chucked their version and copied the Senate bill word-for-word and prepared to pass it on to the President. Problem. All bills of revenue must originate in the House. Even tho there was nothing to reconcile, and ready to go to the prez, the bill was sent to the Reconcillation Committee. The Reconcillation Committee “reconciled” by adding the first page of the Paul Memorial bill written by the House, and attacheing the 2,300-page Senate Health bill to it. The bill was then sent to the prez for signature without going back to the Senate where any Senator could have filibustered it. If taking the top page from a memorial bill that originated in the House, and attachng a 2,300 page health care bill to follow, and calling it "Originating" in the House is Constitutional and not a fraud, the Constitution is a fraud on the people. There's no way in high heaven that this is anything but fraud, whether it's been done before or not.
