Judicial branch abuses of its power amount to unConstitutional Amendments to the Constitution. This is a long time dawning on me, but I hadn't realized that General Motors actually went thru bankruptcy and a Bankruptcy Court Judge invalidated the warranties of the "old" GM. Assuming that to be fact, should the judge and his handlers be subject to corruption charges? There is no legal standing to give any portion of the corp to the Union. This is an obvious misscarriage of justice and the perps need to be handled severely to make sure it hasn't set a precedent to be repeated by the same judge or become a permisible share the wealth scheme to be repeated by other judges in future bankruptices of airlines, i.e. American Airlines.
Funny how there are so many people in govt who think they have the power to impose new law or alter existing law that had gone thru the Congressional process in accordance with Article I, Section 1. Intentional misinterpretation of existing laws has become an effective to way to get around Article V of the Constitution. Poof! Strike Article V. Another piece of our Constitution has been trampled to death. Not much left. Certainly, not enough worth saving. I am TEA Party. Rich Martin It is the duty of the Patriot to protect their country from its government! Thomas Paine Normally, when someone says Mormon, we think multiple-wives. This time, with a Mormon running for president, nary a word in the media. Why? It’s not because everyone knows Mormons now have but one wife; it is because Muslim’s can have FOUR wives! Shh! Don’t tell anyone. Isn’t it ironic that President Obama is so reveled in the nation's Black community, when the Luo tribe from which he came has a history of selling prisoners of rival African tribes to the Muslims who delivered them to the auction blocks in Europe and America? Those were the lucky prisoners. Had it not been for the slave trade, they would have been what’s on for dinner tonight.
