Montana, Referendum 122 LR-122 is an act "prohibiting the state or federal
government from mandating the purchase of health insurance." Also would
prohibit imposition of "penalties for decisions related to the purchase of
health insurance coverage."

Alabama, Amendment 6
http://ballotpedia.org/wiki/index.php/Alabama_Health_Care_Amendment,_Amendment_6_%282012%29

The measure, according to the text of the amendment, would prohibit mandatory
participation in any health care system. The formal title of the proposal is
House Bill 60, and was introduced by multiple state representatives in 2011
state legislative session. The measure is an attempt to block the Affordable
Health Care Act that was signed by President Barack Obama on March 23, 2010
from taking effect in the state. The proposed amendment had to garner a 60
percent majority in both the House and the Senate to go to the voters. A simple
majority on Nov. 6 will approve the amendment. Wyoming, Amendment A Legal

Article 1, Section 38 - Right of Health Care Access (a) Each competent adult
shall have the right to make his or her own health care decisions. The parent,
guardian or legal representative of any other natural person shall have the
right to make health care decisions for that person. (b) Any person may pay,
and a health care provider may accept, direct payment for health care without
imposition of penalties or fines for doing so.

Florida, Amendment 1
http://ballotpedia.org/wiki/index.php/Florida_Health_Care,_Amendment_1_%282012%29

Amendment 1, also known as the Florida Health Care Amendment, is on the
November 6, 2012 state ballot in Florida as a legislatively-referred
constitutional amendment. The measure aims to prevent laws or rules from
compelling any person or employer to purchase, obtain, or otherwise provide for
health care coverage. The measure was filed by State Rep. Scott Plakon in the
House and by Senate President Mike Haridopolos in the Senate. The proposed
measure requires 60 percent voter approval for adoption. Arizona, Proposition
120
http://ballotpedia.org/wiki/index.php/Arizona_Declaration_of_State_Sovereignty_Amendment,_Proposition_120_%282012%29

The Arizona Declaration of State Sovereignty Amendment, also known as
Proposition 120, will be on the November 6, 2012 general election ballot in the
state of Arizona as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment. The
measure would declare state sovereignty over the state's natural resources
based on the argument of "equal footing." Natural resources would include land,
air, water, minerals and wildlife. Here in Texas, there is one weenie ballot
proposition. "Don't Mess with Texas" seems to be morphing into "Go Ahead and
Mess With Texas"

REPEALING OBAMACARE Congress should immediately repeal the Patient Protection
and Affordable Care Act (otherwise known as Obamacare) and reject the rationing
of healthcare by government or the intrusion by government into the doctor -
patient relationship. Yes or No Would also like to throw this in even though it
has nothing to do with elections. Hopefully, will help folks so they don't have
sick pets and big vet bills. Comes from my dog insurance plan's newsletter: Go
Cold Turkey - Data from Petplan pet insurance shows a 78% increase in
pancreatitis and a 27% rise in gastroenteritis claims over Thanksgiving
weekend, largely due to feeding pets rich, fatty foods like turkey skin and
gravy. All the pancreas needs to become inflamed is one high-fat meal, so ditch
the table scraps and offer your pets small servings of healthy whole foods like
plain broccoli, carrots or white-meat turkey. Fungus Among Us - If your pet
loves nosing through the fall foliage,
keep abreast of potentially dangerous mushroom growths. Although the majority
of mushrooms are low in toxicity, there are a few – such as the Death Cap
Mushroom (Amanita phalloides), the most common cause of mushroom poisoning in
both people and dogs – that can be fatal if ingested. If you suspect your pet
has ingested a potentially dangerous fungus, contact the Pet Poison Helpline at
800-213-6680 or your local veterinarian immediately.
