The known facts are:
THE INEXPLICABLE
General Carter F. Ham (AfriCOM)
The dismissal of Ham is interesting because there are reports that he had
military assets in place set to rescue Libyan Ambassador Christopher Stevens
and his team but was ordered to stand down; Ham responded he was not going to
obey the order. Less than a minute later, his second in command told Ham that
he had been relieved of his command.
Why was he told to stand down?
Rear Admiral Charles M. Gaouette(Carrier Task Force Stennis), who were sacked;
In a highly unusual move, Gaouette was relieved while deployed “pending the
outcome of an internal investigation into undisclosed allegations of
inappropriate judgment,”
The Russian intelligence agency GRU reports that Gaouette’s firing was due to
his disobeying orders when he ordered his forces to “assist and provide
intelligence for” American military forces ordered into action by Ham.”
Why was he relieved?
General William “Kip” Ward(former AfriCOM), who was stripped of a star
Genl Ward, who had been under investigation for a year and a half over charges
he had spent $82,000 on lavish travel and other unauthorized expenses.
Jill Kelley, the woman who supposedly caused the FBI to open its investigation
into Petraeus. The emails were then reported to be of the “phone sex” variety.
Why did the FIB respond to a "phone tip" from a civilian?

The Explanation
Why did Susan Rice go before Congress and knowingly lie.
Benghazi was a loyalty test, Stupid. She passed, the others did not.
1. Our Ambassdor at the UN, Susan Rice, made a fool of herself going on
5 Sunday news shows and told the nation that Benghazi was all about a 15-minute
video denigrating Mahammed as a pedophile, when everyone, including her, knew
that was not true. She passed the loyalty test and is line to be Obama’s choice
to replace Hillary as SOS. POTUS defends her lies strenuosly.
1. SEAL Tyrone Woods defied orders to stand down. He lit up an enemy
mortar to be taken out by an AC130 that he was in contact with. As a veteran
SEAL he would not have lit up a target until and the after confirming the
aircraft was ready to fire (because in so doing, he would expose his own
position to enemy fire). Once confirmed, only 2 people had authority to
countermand the the order to fire, one a high ranking military brass and
another who lives at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. The AC130 never shot and the SEAL
was killed by the targeted mortar. At the very least, the govt is guilty as an
accomplice to his death. Anyone attempting to come to his rescue was
automatically identified as one who could not be trusted to follow orders.
He failed the loyalty test.
1. Genl Petraeus said in a Senate hearing, he always suspected Benghazi
was a terror attack, but Rep King said that doesn’t match his memory.
(Petraeous went to Benghazi the next day to investigate personally.) Fri he was
testifying to the Senate again.

1. Multiple-requests for additional security by Amb Stevens were
denied. SOS implicated.

1. Repeated calls for help from the Consulate were denied or ignored by
everyone except by a nearby CIA office where as many as 8 defied orders and
went to their rescue. 20-30 staff were transported to safety. If this is
accurate, there are some CIA that defied orders that lived.
2. Help for the SEALs and the Consulate was available from at least 3
military bases, but none responded. Some were told to “stand down”. At least
one said they “were not asked.”
1. Jill Kelley (whose family was in economic distress) called the FIB
to tell them about Petraeous having an affair with Paula Broadwell. This
resulted in a 4-hour search of the mistress’s home by the FIB (in search of
what?).

Of course, Obama’s FIB is still investigating Paula Broadwell.
The FBI found no reason to further investigate Petraeus, but the CIA is now
investigating whether the former director behaved inappropriately, such as
possibly using agency resources to further the affair. They just never give up.
