Guns or mental defectives? Lately the POTUS and his liberal/progressive democrat base have concluded that guns are the cause of the horrific mass murders repeal of the II Amendment without going thru the Constitutional process mandated in Article V. Aside, these same liberals also believe the Constitution can be amended thru the "Treaty" process. Go figure. Predictably, the smarter-than-thou and the nation's Founders, are using the horrific crimes committed by the mentally disturbed to render the 2nd non-binding. This issue has been a hot topic after the slaugher of 20 children in Conn, and other events, such as the shooting of a Democrat Congresswoman in Ariz, the slaughter of Chritians in a Fort Worth church and Columbine. Certainly there are many other cases we forgot or never heard of. Google --> insane assassination Hollywood and the MSM have also contributed to the re-forming of public opinion. Not only that, it wasn't the horrific painful experience depicted in the MSM/Hollywood. Oh, yeah. Let's not forget the assassination of JFK and attempted assassination of Ronald Reagan and Gerald Ford were by the mentally challenged. Conclusion. While the elimination of insane asylums may be a net-net positive decision, it created other problems for the population. Guns ain't one of them and the real problem is being ignored.
