Lone Star / Arlington Tea Party Meeting (Tues March 19th) State and National Members outside of DFW See Below In Blue Howdy! Just letting you all know about our monthly meeting for March (Tuesday the 19th), where we will once again gather for much needed information and networking. We are in the midst of a city-wide election, and the Texas House is currently in session. What a busy time, huh? We have two GREAT speakers lined up for next Tuesday, so I hope to see you there! Speaker #1: Frank Kuchar - "Why the Constitution? (And the attacks being made upon it)" Frank, a former candidate for US Congress in District 6,has always been our 'go to guy' for all things dealing with our country's most precious possession: Our Constitution. He has written SEVERAL articles (found here: http://www.facebook.com/FrankKuchar) that really break it down in to bite-size pieces for us all to gain a better understanding of what kind of government our Founding Fathers meant to create for "We the People", as well as the things they meant to PREVENT from happening. Speaker #2: Eugene Ralph - Host of the WBTM Radio show "The Principle Connection". Eugene will give us some great information on how we can reach out to the minority voters in our community. This is an OPEN INVITATION for any Arlington City Council (or School Board, or any other Municipal election) candidate to join us, and give a brief introduction on who they are, and why they're running for office. This will be a great opportunity to meet them and get to know them. Our NEXT meeting will be slightly delayed to April 30th, so as to hold a City Council Candidate Forum. As you know, April 29th is the first day of early voting, so we're hoping to help people make a very educated choice at the polls! I would strongly suggest: Hold off voting early until you can get a real look at the candidates one final time, and THEN make your decision in the following days! This is a VERY important race, this year. Don't rush it!!! Be INFORMED! See you on Tuesday, March 19th!
