i was found guilty after waiting for over 1 hours to my hearing. Funny part is
i never had a hearing.
say what?
Yes. I was there early.
the Secretary told me i need to sign a wavier of right to have an attorney. I
told her i don't sign waivers.
She went to see the judge and cam back and told me the judge will find me
guilty if i do not sign.
the
cop then came in and tole me he spoke top the judge and told him I was
was respectful at the arrest. I trhen told him thank you for more
expaerte communicationss. the Judge will have recuse hiself. he then
isninted that I sign and that it is just a formality. He then asked me
what i was going to do if the judge finds me guilty. I said sue for
violating my due process rights and appeal. He then got piss and asked
if he can exparte with the judge what i had said. I ask him if he was
representing me and prosecuting me.
I waited for an an hour. the judge walked past me 5 times talking to defendants
the whole time.
He then started taking in defendants that were scheduled after me.

Now we wait and see
