Can the US control the weather?
Altho I don't expect anyone to remember, I entertained the thought that Super Storm Sandy was a man-made event. The date of the occurrence, weeks before the election, was suspect by itself. Further, it was historically odd for a powerful storm to develop that late in the hurricane season as well as a giant winter storm to develop simultaneously in the north when autumn was barely a month old. I smelled a rat. A DemocRAT. As a Navy veteran I have more than an average person's concern about everything Navy. Well, one of the things tucked away in my cranium was an anti-submarine weapon named HAARP. It was designed to replace sonar. Instead of sending a sound beam and waiting for a bounce, it emitted a certain color of light. It was faster and didn't warn the target. It didn't work out as planned, but the Navy found another use for HAARP: weather control. The idea was they could shoot a light beam into the sky instead of the sea, and alter the temperature of the atmosphere, After years of study, this too was given up. It was given up because it was too hard to control. Understand, that was happening a half century ago. Now might be a good time to Google ---> HAARP It's real if not perfected. My theory about Superstorm Sandy is still intact. (It effected the outcome of the election.) It could also be the cause of the biggest rainfall in 500 years we are now experiencing in places like Colorado. http://thinkprogress.org/climate/2013/09/15/2621881/colorado-floods/ I haven't any proof that this weapons has been used or even perfected. But if this seems far fetched, so did PRISM until Ed Snowden blew the lid off.
