Hell I am still training my husband to saddle his mare.. So far we have had the belly strap twisted the saddle pad backwards, upside down, the girth reversed from the belly strap and the bridle being held on only by the throat latch. Yeah we have had not one but several upside down halters. I swear the horse just rolls her eyes at him and looks for MOM to help the poor girl out. Now he can out saddle me..and I have only one girth!!! wants me to order new saddle pad because the one we have swallows her whole and isn't "good" enuff for her.
He isn't keen on feeding since we have developed "gormet" food. He can't understand this horse gets this to drop weight. This horse gets this to gain weight. And we wet the food down to prevent bolting, colic and choke......hey...hes learning.
Carla (I am really getting homesick now!!)
Ansata (Mom really we are fine...)
Haley (Take all the time you need mom!)
Rob (My horses eat gormet..I eat combos at DQ)
