Hey all - I'm tagging on to the recent posts on Wintec Endurance & Dressage saddles. Everything I've seen posted so far has been positive, especially with the Cair panels. But one thing continues to nag me about the endurance model (sure wish I knew someone nearby who has one that I can try)...
The endurance model appears to be built like an all-purpose saddle, I've discovered that I feel much more centered if I ride a saddle that easily lets me get my legs completely under me. Does anyone here ride dressage & still like the endurance model? I'd much rather have the saddle that is designed for endurance, but took a spin in my old all-purpose saddle the other day & immediately remembered how un-centered I feel in that saddle! I'm wondering if I might be more comfortable in the dressage model?
Also, anyone have trouble with the equisuede causing rubs? I once bought a suede-seat saddle (State Line Tack) & couldn't ride in it because it rubbed me horribly - the suede did not allow my bum to glide. Otherwise I liked the saddle... hey wait, that was an all-purpose... but it didn't fit either horse well, so I sold it.
Anyhow, just wondering.
