I have had excellent luck and have 5 of them. I have not done many 50's, but many days of horse camping/ I find the saddles very well made and balanced; I like the stirrups moved back 2". The skito pad is essential, and they make one especially for the sport saddle. I have ditched the silly felt cinch and stirrups, and use a neoprene cinch and flexride stirrups [EMAIL PROTECTED] makes lovely custom fitted sheepskin covers for them, which make them more cushy and less slippery.

I have not used or ridden in one before and I am interested in hearing experiences, both good and bad, you may have had with these saddles. Thank you. =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- Ridecamp is a service of Endurance Net, http://www.endurance.net.
