I felt VERY put off by this response, shall we call it? Of course, if Marilyn was in ERROR - as opposed to "in attack mode", which was what I believed from her original post, the APPROPRIATE and courteous response would have been a private correction and a request - firm request to Marilyn to correct her ERROR. Sorry, but the reponse was an ATTACK, I thought, uncompromisingly rude and even venturing into territory not even part of the thread. Seems to me that being in business for some length of time doubly obligates one to a higher standard of both performance and attitude. I believe you both make excellent saddles, and neither of you makes saddles to fit all horses. That is just the nature of horses and saddles. I also believe some apologies are in order. Ouch!
