Hello Ridecampers!
As an Endurance Wannabe I am looking for a chance
to learn more about the "inner workings" of endurance rides. I would like
to volunteer to crew for a rider (or riders) in an upcoming endurance ride in
Southern California (I'm located in Orange County).
Please note that while I have learned much by
reading RiceCamp religiously, I am completely new at this. OTOH, I have
recently completed 130 hours of training in order to become certified as an
Equine Body Worker, so your horse can look forward to a nice massage!
(Note: certification is pending review of my completed externship
materials).
Also, if there are any ride managers out there
looking for some assistance, I am very interested in learning a bit about the
ride operations end of things, too.
