Kelly [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sorry, posting as guest, as I'm not at my regular machine.
Hi everyone. I used to lurk here, as an endurance wannabee. Have a lovely gelding, who is now 8, and not trained to ride (long story, he's rescue) whom I hoped I would have out to the trainers last spring, but, well, my dearest little daughter suprised us! My little gal is now three months. Her first trip outside of our home (except for the pediatrician) was to visit the horse! I do hope we will be trotting down trails together soon; my horse acutally trained (someday, I hope), and the perfect, bomb proof, nanny pony for my wee one (well, thats going to be several years yet). I'm living vicariously here. How did you endurance mamas get back into riding once you had your babies? I find it so hard to even get out to see the beastie (he boards 45 minutes away), let alone do any training. Thank goodness he lives with my friend who treats him like he is one of her own. Is there light at the end of the tunnel? Please anyone have any happy horsie/kid stories? Keep Well All, Kelly Miriam, 3 months and looks likes she's already a little barn urchin Zidan, oooh, babies smell good! =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- Ridecamp is a service of Endurance Net, http://www.endurance.net.
