This argument is as baseless as the McDonald's hot coffee trial was. People who don't know about this trial always say that. Just for a few facts, McDonalds had over 700 written complaints about the coffee. The reason it is so hot is because the hotter the water, the more cups you can make and the more money you can make. There were other facts too. This was not a bad case. And before you bash the lawyers, the jurys are the ones to make the decisions.......
