Use SHREDDED beet pulp. I feed it dry all the time
without any trouble at all. I would NEVER feed those huge beet pulp
pellets. On the other hand, I also feed "some" alfalfa pellets mixed in
with my grain (not quite as large as bp pellets) and have fed them with
shredded beet pulp and not had a problem with feeding those dry
either.
