At backpacking stores, e.g. REI, you can find these tubes about the size of a giant toothpaste tube. They are open on one end with a cap on the other. You fill them and put the clamp device on the open end that seals it. You just unscrew the cap, put the stuff in a syringe and have at it. They meant for carrying stuff like peanut butter, jelly, etc. on backpacking trips. The do a pretty good job with mixed electrolytes.
However, I just reuse Lite Now single dose syringes. They are small, the caps are pretty secure and if you don't think so just put on some duct tape and they last a long time.
