Dear Jack,
Zirconia phases are all fluorite derivatives.
Cubic zirconia has the fluorite structure undistorted
(ie Fm3m, a=5.08 depending on the dopant species and temperature, Zr is at
0,0,0 and Oxygen at 1/4,1/4,1/4)
The tetragonal phase has space group P42/nmc with a=3.593, c=5.184, Zr at
3/4,1/4,3/4 (2a site) and oxygen at 1/4,1/4, 0.4546 (z for oxygen varies
slightly with dopant and temperature).
