Dear members of the Rietveld method discussions I am working on powder diffraction technique in system like Cs(x)Rb(1-x)LiSO4 for x=0 to 1 and applying Rietveld method. As we know, the Cs atom is heavy for x-ray and I am trying to stablish a relationship between Cs concentration (x) and integrated intensity taken for determined peaks that are more sensitive to the Cs concentration. I want to stablish a technique to get the concentration of heavy atom in the unit cell by using integrated intensity from powder diffraction data. I would like to know if there is any published paper related with this kind of study. Thanks in advance Regards Sasaki
