Sorry - just a clarification - if you want to be trying out the
entire Winplotr/dicvol/fullprof toolkit, download the latest
fullprof beta which includes dicvol and winplot inside a
convenient to install zip file.  The latest distribution is
dated 20-Nov-1998.
