I have developed a software to process powder x-ray data, PowderX. This
software run under Windows95. PowderX can various diffraction data,
graphically display them, convert them to data with format used by several
Rietveld-refinement programs. PowderX can used for data smoothing,
background subtraction, Kalpha2 elimination, peak search and indexing. Many
new feature are available too.
This program is now available free of charge to academic users. Interested
