We do some structural refinements on Time-of-Flight data collected on
HRPD at ISIS/UK.
Does anybody have experience analysing HRPD (Time-of-Flight) diffraction
patterns with the FULLPROF program?
We wish to model the peak shape in TWO-phase Rietveld refinements but
due to 'broadening' of the reflections (wings) we get unreasonable SIGMA
and GAMMA coefficients?
We suspect that we may need to use the 'strain' option of FULLPROF to
account for something like that but we can not see how to incorporate it
in the refinements!
Could anybody give us some guidelines?
