Hello Colleagues,
In GSAS CW profile #4, there are parameter U, V, W, P and LX, but no LY. how
should the FWHM be calculated?
I used Widplt (in Brian Toby's EXPGUI) to plot the FWHM of a pattern fit with
profile #4 and the FWHM descent with 2 theta (U = 0, V = -2.3, W = 3.75, P = 0,
LX = 0.8, eta = .6). Any help?
BTW, for other GSAS users with Cu kalpha1 data.
You may refine the kalpha2/kalpha1 ratio it to a number between .01 to .02 or
just set it to something like .01.
Just don't set it to 0.00001, or you may get a result low Rp but high Rfsq(~
90%). If you set it to 0.0, GSAS would set it back to .5. ( ref my post GSAS
high Rfsq)
