Combined Rietveld Analysisof XRD and Neutron with Fullprof

Dear all,   I would like to do a combined rietveld analysis in an X-ray and a neutron diffraction pattern by Fullprof in order to define accurately the exact positions of all the atoms in my structure.   Has anyone available any pcr file appropriate for this process?   Many Thanks in advance,   Irini   [EMAIL PROTECTED]
