maximum number of data points in GSAS raw files?

Hi,
I have a problem with a data file (SR-XRD data, 19400 points, 2theta; 3-60, 
lambda = 0.5 angstrom) The GSAS refinements will not converge. It ddiverges 
no matter what I do and refine (well, not the full truth but it feels like 
that right now :-) )
Can this have something to do with the high number ofr data points?
Is there an upper limit of data points for the raw data file in GSAS?

If not, I gotta search for other explanations.
