I am working about Ca dopped SrRuO3 compounds. I have made Sr(0.75)Ca(0.25)RuO3 and Sr(0.5)Ca(0.5)RuO3 compounds. I have found the crystallographic data of Sr(0.9)Ca(0.1) but not Sr(0.75)Ca(0.25)RuO3 and Sr(0.5)Ca(0.5)RuO3 . I am looking for the crystallographic structures (space groups, lattice parameters and atomic positions) of these compounds. Could someone recommend me some papers about these compounds?
