Dear all
I have a problem to interprate the neutron diffraction data from ceramic
matrix composite. I got blank when i try to distinguish between peaks weather its for
matrix Si, particles alfa-SiC or beta-SiC. This is actually for residual stress
calculation for each phase.
Could anyone help me?.
