I am trying to refine (fullprof) x-ray (Cu)
pattern which was measured in flat
specimen sample holder in D8 Th:Th with Gobble mirror. did fullprof has
possibility of correction due to the presence of Gobble mirror???
the sample is MgMo6S8 (Chevrel phase) and I measured the same sample on the
same sample holder also in D8 diffractometer without Gobble mirror and I got
different intensity ratio from the sample measured with Gobble mirror between
the most intense peak (101 13.7 2th) and the rest of the peaks. I can't
understand what can cause such difference.
