Dear all,
I have solved a powder structure by using the software EXPO-2004.Now I am trying to refine it by using the Rietveld refinement options in EXPO-2004.But unfortunately, I was unable to get the e.s.d's of the refined co-ordinates and cell parameters also.In the Least Square Options, there is no sub-menu as reffered by user manuel.So I am really get confused wheather am I doing any technical fault or such kind of options are still to be added to this software.Please if possible, let me know the refinement procedure by using EXPO-2004 .
