I agree with Francesco. In particular the values of the parameters alp, bet_0
and bet_1 are related to the material and dimensions of the cryogenic
moderators for the neutron source and should not be refined, while the sig_j and
gam_j j=0,1,2 are related to your sample and must be refined. John, you should
ask the local contact of the instrument the values of alp, bet, difC, difA and
Zero parameters.
However you can find some other parameter files for neutron powder diffraction
(TOF) also in:
