You can find a couple of CIF files for hydroxyapatite on: http://icsd.ill.fr/icsd/index.php?action=Search&mineral=hydroxyapatite Click "Demo" on the login box, select the structure, click on details and then "CIF export". Or click on Jmol to draw the structure and then on the Jmol logo to list the CIF.
