Dear Vengadesh and Alan, I apologise for the "too fast" search, however, I bet many of us would love people finding the cifs they need through databases or web sources other than requesting them to the Rietveld List :-). Though many of us have answered to the requests, IMHO science shouldn't depend on the good will of others. Not being the ONLY source, the COD could be extremely helpful if one cannot afford the paid resources (for whatever reason).
So, I suggest the people that got no subscription to ICSD and need a cif, first look at: http://sdpd.univ-lemans.fr/cod/search.html Or the American Mineralogist Database http://rruff.geo.arizona.edu/AMS/amcsd.php And also (why not) the web-based demo version of ICSD (at http://icsdweb.fiz-karlsruhe.de/index.php, sometimes you are lucky enough and can get a cif for free from a paid database!), Google Schollar for papers, etc. And make the request to a friend or the list only after exhausting the free resources.
