Profile matching using Fullprof for Energy Dispersive Xray data

  Dear all,
              I tried to do profile matching using fullprof for Energy 
Dispersive Xray data of gold (available with XRDA software package) with 
energy(KeV) as Scattering variable.  I followed the guidelines given in 
fullprof manual to create a pcr file(X axis- energy), but I was not able to 
succeed in running fullprof . 
   Is it possible, to know any more references or to get an example (pcr file) 
for the above.
