My name is Maria. I am a post doc at the University of Geneva. I am
relatively new user of Full Prof Suite.
I met some problems with refinement of T.O.F data, which were collected
at ISIS.
I would appreciate it you can help me.
The problem is: when I run refinement with IRF file, the hkl file is not
created. So, the refinement runs well, fit is not bad, but at the end I
have window with announcement "jwe0019i-u The program was terminated
abnormally with exception code Exception_Access_Violation".
I am using the same format of IRF file as it shown at the IRF file
examples for FullProf. File is shown below. The problem exist both for
profile matching and structure refinement.
