Dear Prasun,
There are a number of web sources for f' and f'' and the International
Tables Vol C also have it. However the one I like the most because it shows
the information in a graphical display additionally to the numbers
themselves is the program fprime by VonDreele that you can obtain from
ccp14.
Hope this helps
Leo

Dear all,
Can anyone tell me what will be the real and imaginary dispersion
correction terms in the atomic scattering factor if Co-Ka is used to study
Fe sample? And also is there any online database to get these values? Thanks
in advance,

prasun
