FWHM_WIDPLT vs REFLIST

Hello,
I can not understand why FWHMs given by WIDPLT of EXPGUI are 
different (smaller) from the ones given by REFLIST of GSAS. I suppose 
that the ones given by REFLIST are the actual onces. In that case the 
G and L components given by WIDPLT will be useful to calculate the 
mixing parameter as a function of 2THETA. Is that correct?
