I might write some articles in the future, maybe for IBM dW, maybe for elsewhere. You have to know that dW publishes selectively, the have a list of 'hot' topics and only those are put on the site. Also, you can't go to them directly, you have to go through a company that's delivers content to dW. I have contacts with two such companies, I just never found the time to try to lobby for this.
About the Apache foundation, I personally don't want to be associated with them. I think that the quality of the projects there are generally quite dubious and I don't fully believe in their meritocracy approach of governing an open-source project. Anyway, they already have 3 web frameworks (Struts 1 & 2, Tapestry, Wicket), it's doubtful that they will accept another one. Finally, I just don't feel to deal with all the politics and administrative gunk that's involved with proposing a project to Apache and having it incubated.
