I added this support to RIFE/Crud now.
You can download it from http://rifers.org/downloads/rife/snapshots/
To mark an element for automatic detection of the client locale, you
have to set the "crud-detect_client_locale" to "true". You can set
this up globally if you set this property inside the participants.xml
file for all the participants.
