For RIFE/Crud you want the binary archive and then both items under the standard layout header. The items under the standard layout header are the CSS and the templates needed to display the CRUD items properly.
For the binary archive it depends on what JDK you run, if you run 1.4 then get the 1.4 version, etc. Check this with 'java -version'.
