Hi Henk,

this is not supported, though I don't see a problem to extend the "Template.setBean" with this functionality. Please report it in Jira. If you would like this to be added quickly, your best bet it to have a go at it yourself though and contribute the code. It shouldn't be too hard to do.

Best regards,

Geert

Hi,

is it possible to use a field member that is an object in a template ? I mean : suppose I have a bean MyBean with a field MySubBean. MySubBean has a field 'name' that's a string. Can I access this directly in a template ? I tried to use myBean.mySubBean.name, but that didn't work.

thanks

Henk
