I went over the issues in the issuetracker (http://uwyn.com/issues/
browse/RIFE) and thought it might be a good idea to provide a list of
issues that seem doable for someone that wants to start contributing
to RIFE without knowing much about all the internals or their
relationships. Hope this motivates some of you to take a crack at it.

Additionally, if you have ideas, suggestions or run into bugs, don't
hesitate to add them to the issue tracker. For those that are
interested in helping out without actually contributing code, many
issues contain a thread of comments in which we try to figure out the
best design. Some of them are actually a bit stuck, so if you have
new thoughts to contribute, it might just be what's needed to get
work on the issue going again.
