Finally finished cleaning up the JMS implementation inside the edge server a bit. I put some documentation on the wiki to explain how things work:

I hope this fixes the stability problems we have seen in the past, but I cannot be sure. Please, please please: if you see behavior when the edge server starts up (such as stack traces) that would lead you to believe there is a problem with JMS notify me along with which plugins you had installed and the stack traces that you saw.
