A couple of issues came up today about trac: 1) Apparently trac is case sensitive when it comes to names. Therefore to avoid future confusion, please spell everyone's name with a lowercase first letter (i.e. 'kyle' and not 'Kyle') 2) Don't assign a ticket to more than one person. Only one person should own the ticket. This is for two reasons. The first is simply that when doing queries, 'kyle, jochen' is seen as a new person and not as two separate people in trac. The second is that if one person does not own the ticket it is less likely to get done since the ownership is shared. Instead, if more than one person needs to know about a ticket, assign one person and add the other people on the cc line.
