Jochen, Thanks for that. Does this change the way we write reader adapters or is the process still the same. Also will we have to go through and change all reader adapters for the new threadsafe coding stuff? If you can do some work with the GE UI that would be awesome. We will have a recategorized Edge Server list for Tuesday so as long as your ok with stopping on the GE UI or at least splitting time working on the other stuff you brought up then that will be great.
Matt, Kyle Can we just run our LLRP emulator and run a few tests using the workbench or will we need to try other forms of testing? Do we still have some of the tests that was written from the UI code. I forget if Tobias ever finished that. Thanks, Prasith Rifidi-Developers List wrote: > Ok, after tons of headaches I finally got LLRP back working. > I just don't have a scenario here to test it. > I would ask Matt or Kyle to create such a scenario to test the > functionality of the reader and, if possible, provide it as a set of > classes or as a tutorial to replicate it. > Please give me feedback as soon as possible as I want to move on to the > GE-UIthis weekend. > > > I was not able to fix all the threading issues at the same time because > the changes to LLRP and some classes in the API required more work as > expected. > As I said before, I will prepare a presentation for threadsafe coding > for next week but I am not sure that I will be able to finish it as we > are out of office for a customer appointment. > > CU > Jochen > ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Let Crystal Reports handle the reporting - Free Crystal Reports 2008 30-Day trial.
