[Ring] Please update installation instructions GNU/Linux

Greetings,

   Just now subscribed to the mailing list. I believe your automatic 
installation instructions at https://ring.cx/en/download/gnu-linux need 
to be updated to say "install ring-all" instead of "install ring". At 
least this worked for me.
