If you use the Gnome client, make sure both the client and the "dring"
process are not running when testing the AppImage. It uses the
"built-in" version of the Ring Daemon, just like the Android client
instead of the DBus service like the Gnome client. Note that using the
DBus service alongside the Gnome client is supported, but only when
compiling Ring-KDE or using distributions packages.
