Hi Doug, 

What is your question? It is hard to tell what's going on if we cannot 
reproduce. Maybe we can first try this: 

1) What is your time zone ? Here we are on UTC-5. This may help since we do not 
usually work on weekend and while sleeping. ;-) 

2) Tell me directly ( in private ) when I can try to ring you or when you can 
try to ring me. We'll make an appointment and check. 

3) If it does not work we'll have to investigate further.
