Hi, thanks for building this great program! I have a concern about the privacy of my IP address in the DHT. Am I correct that anyone with knowledge of my ringid can obtain my IP address from the DHT? I think it would be desirable to enable some privacy control on this, perhaps to encrypt the IP address so that only one's trusted contacts can read it. That idea introduces a new problem for newly-introduced people who wish to message each other.
For that problem, people would have to exchange ringid's and "trust" them before a call could be made. It would also be nice to have an option to let your friends make "introductions", which amounts to letting friends establish your trust of their own friend. Also, I would appreciate any details of firewall configuration that you can provide. Eric Worden
