Hi Ladee, a) you should find the out of call chat just by clicking on the person in the left side list b) it was implemented for a brief time but wasn't working well so it was removed until we had time to fix it c) you should see it on the panel opened by a) d) yeah you're right it does the same thing here. We'll look into it.
