Hi,

This sounds like a problem with the DHT bootstrap.  Are you on a network
blocking UDP?

Could you provide logs, by pasting the output of this command?

    journalctl -b -t cx.ring.Ring -t dring

(use a pastebin service, e.g. http://paste.aliens-lyon.fr/ )

Which version of opendht are you using?
